3. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be made through our website or authorised booking partners.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Cancellations: 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • You must follow all pre-test preparation instructions (e.g. fasting, avoiding stimulants, rest before testing).

  • You must disclose any relevant medical conditions before testing.

  • Participation involves physical activity. By booking, you confirm you are fit to take part and accept responsibility for your own health during testing.
